2. Personal data we collect
For the purposes set out in this policy, the Controller may collect the following personal data: full name, email address, telephone number, city of residence or of the project site, as well as information relating to the project, service or quotation of interest to you. DEPCO does not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset-related data through this website.

Secondary purposes (not necessary): sending commercial, promotional or informational communications about our services. If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for these secondary purposes, you may state so by sending an email to contacto@depco.mx. Your refusal will not be grounds to deny you the requested services.
4. Transfer of personal data
The Controller will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the Law, as well as when the transfer is required by a competent authority or is necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations.
5. How to exercise your ARCO Rights

6. Revocation of consent
You may at any time revoke the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data, so that we cease to use it, by means of a request sent to the email address indicated above, on the understanding that such revocation may make it impossible to continue providing the requested service.
7. Use of cookies and tracking technologies
